Please carefully review the following terms and conditions ("Terms") governing the medical facility management services provided by Elixir Care ("Provider"). These Terms outline the rights, responsibilities, and expectations between Elixir Care and the medical facility or institution ("Client") engaging our management services.
Elixir Care will provide comprehensive medical facility management services, as outlined in the agreed-upon contract. Services may include administration, staffing, operations, compliance, and more, tailored to meet the specific needs of the Client.
The duration of the contract shall be as agreed upon by both parties. Any changes or extensions to the contract period must be documented in writing and signed by both parties.
The fees for medical facility management services will be as specified in the contract. Payment terms, including the schedule and method of payment, will be mutually agreed upon.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary, sensitive, or non-public information shared during the course of the engagement.
Either party may terminate the contract in accordance with the termination clauses outlined in the agreement. Termination must be communicated in writing and may be subject to specific notice periods.
Elixir Care will make reasonable efforts to provide competent and effective medical facility management services. However, Elixir Care shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or claims arising from the provision of services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
By engaging Elixir Care for medical facility management services, the Client agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any previous agreements or understandings.
